Every garden room we build is designed to be comfortable, practical and fully considered. Our standard specification includes everything needed to create a high-quality, year-round usable space.
Fully insulated for year-round use
Built using 75mm acoustic Rockwool, 25mm Kingspan insulation in the walls and floor, and Kingspan Quadcore roof panels for excellent thermal performance, sound reduction and year-round comfort.
Plastered and finished interior
With laminate flooring, wooden skirting and a plastered interior finish included as standard, your garden room feels like a natural extension of your home.
Electrics and lighting included
A consumer unit, internal lighting, four double sockets and two external brushed chrome up/down lights are included as standard.
Doors and windows included
High-quality glazing and UPVC doors are all included as part of the build, ensuring the room is practical, secure and finished to a high standard.
Installation and project management
From the first design conversations through to final installation, the entire process is handled for you, keeping everything simple and well managed.
10 year structural guarantee
Built on heavy-duty concrete and steel pile foundations and clad externally in Western Red Cedar, creating a structure designed to last for many years to come.
